Concrete has been used on the farm for many years. Footing walls and floors, animal slots and feeders are common around most modern barns.  Current government regulations are creating a need for more innovative ideas for managing chemicals, fuel and animal waste.  Minimizing risk of contamination to the ground water from all of these elements is of the utmost importance.

In keeping with the environmental concerns of today, Wyevale Precast has developed a small, affordable chemical storage shed with a leak proof base.  Steel cladding over the 50 square feet of floor area with more than 300 imperial gallons of catchment capacity. Large double doors allow easy access for drums and crates. Wyevale Precast catchment bases are sold with or without the building.

Single walled 500 gallon fuel tanks are everywhere. Many of these are never inspected and are slowly leaking their contents into the ground.  This is both extremely hazardous and expensive.

Sealing older silos for modern feed needs can be a difficult task. Round or semi-circular structural slabs with access opening can be transported, lifted and sealed into place.

A drive through the countryside reveals our country's rich agricultural history. There are countless old timber frame barns, many built at the turn of the century.  Often due to frost heaving or ground settling, the old barns start to fall apart.

Wyevale Precast wall sections are a quick and economical method of repairing these old structures.  Putting a panel on a prepared footing replaces the original wall, and will withstand weight immediately.  These panels can often be used for basement walls.  A four foot panel is also available for frost walls.
